Hey guys,

I am currently struggling with NFP Accounting and freaking out! Anyone have any tips on how to understand/retain information about this? I am using Becker to study.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I am currently doing the ninja mcq and during the assessment phase I lot a lot wrong on non for profit accounting. So during the adaptive phase I got a lot of questions on NFP and now I know it pretty well. It isn't hard just do mcq s write down what you don't get right or aren't sure on. Study that and keep on doing more mcqs. You can do it.

Understand that you won't know how much you know until you pass. Seriously. I never studied NPO/Govt accounting in college. The first time I ever saw it was in the CPA review. I didn't think I knew anything, but I performed “stronger” than those in the 75-80 range on my exam. Read the chapter, do the questions. Rinse and repeat.
