Becker’s self study lecture said not to expect a governmental or not-for-profit simulation question on the test. Is this is acknowledged by NASBA or just an unwritten rule that these two sections most likely won’t show up in a simulation? What i found strange was despite that statement, becker still has practice simulations on those sections…

Becker says they are fair game if you read the updated pdfs on the support website. Download the chapter updates. And, yes, study them.
