    Seriously, I am willing to send generous gifts if the Ninjas are willing to release REG tonight…however, in my experience, if I tell someone they'll have something “by Thursday” it means ON Thursday.

    Well I tried to get that clarified earlier but Jeff just responded yes today is Wednesday. When someone says by a certain day they may mean on that date or before.
