    Hi everyone,

I just started FAR recently. I have NINJA Ten Points Combo with WTB. Just wondering if I need some other supplemental study materials too? Would the NINJA materials be enough? Thanks. Cheers!

That is a great question. I am using Yaeger for FAR and am thinking about purchasing the 10 Point Combo and was wondering if it would be beneficial to do so. Were you able to put the audio on an iPhone? I would like to out it on my phone so that I can listen to it everywhere. Thanks for asking this question and I look forward to some insight.

    Hi jen123,

yeah, you can download these mp3 files to your iphone, I listen to them all the time on bus, working, cooking etc. Also, if you buy the full combo, you'll get the notes and flashcards which you can also use on your iphone. Cheers! How is your progress in terms of the FAR study right now?

Ninja and WTB are most likely not enough. Both of those ARE supplemental material.

At the very least, get the Wiley book.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.

Yeah, if you have something that looks like a phone book for a mid-sized city, you probably don't have the right materials LOL!

I think you will need a review course as well. I used both Yaeger and Roger for my FAR attempts. I prefer Roger, it is what I passed with. I also used Ninja notes and WTB.

@Kelvin – My progress with FAR so far is slow going. I am going to try to use the NINJA method of watching the videos first before doing MCQ. I did try to do some MCQ and I feel so lost even if I do them right after I watch a lecture. I am hoping this will get better. I am going to get the combo so that I can put everything on my phone and just try to use every minute of free time looking at or listening to the audio, notes and flashcards. How is it going for you?
