So I failed FAR back in August with a 69 ( did not really study a few key areas and I knew I had failed). Round 2 was in NOvemebr, poured my heart and soul into this one but really did not do any sims (as usual) and had been using becker. I came out of the exam thinking I really aced this exam. Well I got a 73. Round 3, I purchased Yaeger (sp?), did all of the lectures, all of the minimium questions and now redoing Becker (MCQ and sims). So far, I have gone through F1-F3 in entirety (MCQ, sims, and rereading the book in any area I was slightly hesitant about). Today I have completed F4, F5, and about to start F6. I have tomorrow off and will finish off F7-F9 tomorrow (sections I feel very comfortable with). THe only thing I need to spend a bit more time on is cash flows. I have been scoring consistent 85-90’s in all MCQ areas. My test is a week from tomorrow. ANy suggestions/motivational tips? BTW I am looking at my fail notice and the only areas I scored weaker in were “concepts” and “transaction and events”. I found Yaeger to really be helpful in breaking a MCQ that was explained in a more JE format (if that makes any sense to anyone). I am giving it my all this last time. This is my last part ot pass. My other two parts expire after this testing window and I am giving it hell. THanks in advance and good luck to all.

I'm getting ready to retake FAR also (70) and just took my 2nd practice final Becker exam and scored a 61%. I had received a 72 on my progress test last week and had just spent the entire week retaking my weak areas and seeing tose scores increas 20% so I'm not sure what on earth is going on. I went through the ones I got wrong and they are all over the place, no one area except cash flows (which I planned to work on anyway) was wrong.
