Hey guys, just curious…would you rather be a millionaire CEO or a janitor? I feel like it’s a pretty valid question so let me know what your responses are…I’ll keep a tally. Personally, I’d like to throw sawdust on vomit for a living, so I’m voting janitor.

    Janitor – 1

    Millionaire CEO – 0

CEO is such a high pressure job. Let me have janitor. Wowzers, who would have ever thought I would choose that!

I'm going with a 3rd alternative, own the freaking company and have the CEO and janitor work for me!

Sorry, Kricket, that's not allowed but both are logical and valid choices.

    Millionaire CEO – 0

A CEO doesn't have high pressure. If he or she runs the company into the ground, they get a nice golden parachute.

EXCEPT if the CEO actually owns the company. Then he/she may actually care about not screwing up.

Valid point Bob but I don't intend to give exit bonuses to CEO's who run my company in the ground. It's gonna be hard to find a CEO isn't it?

    /facepalm

You can add one that to your tally, just like old times.

    Here's another one:

People who will waste valuable studying time reading this post and probably end up getting a 74, whereas they would have gotten a 75 if they hadn't been distracted: Probably 1 (me). /facepalm (can you count two in one post!?)

Ok back to the serious world of cpa exam prep.

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 88
    REG - 87
    FAR - 86 - Woot, all done!
    Ethics - 100

My google plus account straight up says

    Employer: another71.com

    Title: Custodial Engineer

    …or something to that effect.

    The Janitor is probably happier.

@Cash — I'm gonna have to disagree…I think he's probably less stressed out, but I doubt the smell of urine and puke, along with the sight of an occasional duke in the urinal probably does not make him happy lol. Maybe the question should be simplified by saying: “would you rather have $10 Million or $10?” haha

I would have to choose Head of Custodial Services. The position would report directly to the millionaire CEO. I worked at a grocery store through high school and college and had to clean a few “messes” in my time there. It's amazing how the general public can destroy a bathroom.
