I am studying for FAR and my exam is on the 28th…so about 2 weeks away. I am trying to get through as many MCQ’s as I can right now, but my current method is I take 20 MCQ at a time instead of doing large amounts at once, but I am not sure if this is the best way to do it. What is your method of doing MCQ’s?

    REG - 2/27/2013 - 78!!!!
    AUD - 5/17/2013 - 72...Retake July 12th - 79!!!!
    BEC - 8/29/2013 - 77!!!!
    FAR - 11/14/2013- 72....Retake February 28th - 80!!! DONE!!!!

    AICPA Ethics - 98!

If you want to split it into shorter segments, I would recommend doing 30 MCQ at a time, since that's what you'll see on the test.

Personally, I mixed it up a lot. I would do anywhere from 30-60 at a time, but probably most were 30.

    FAR: 86
    AUD: 88
    REG: 85
    BEC: 84
    DONE!

I did 30 at a time, too, focusing on sections I was weaker on and occasionally throwing in a set letting Wiley choose from ALL the topics to keep me on my toes and make sure I remembered the other stuff.

    FAR - 79 (11/27/13)
    AUD - 76 (2/1/14)
    REG - 77 (5/30/14)
    BEC - 88 (7/18/14)

    MN Ethics - 100% (3/9/14)

    AND DONE! 8/1/14

I do 45 minutes of studying at a time and most of my blocks are just multiple choice questions(could be 30 or 75 no matter).

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

I generally do all the questions within a topic at once. Once I am finished with all the sections, I will do all random and do about 30 at a time then take a short break.

    AUD: 84
    REG: 84
    BEC: 79
    FAR: 83
