I am finding it difficult to answer questions that relate to the assertions. Can someone please give a brief explanation so I may better understand them? I thought I was fine with it but I keep getting the questions wrong.

One thing that helped me was in the back of my mind to say to myself “management takes responsibility for pretty much everything”. While that is vague and not entirely true it helped me with mulitple choice. If a question came down to “does managanement have to take responsibility for that” the answer was usually yes.
