I already retook AUD a week ago and need to get back on the FAR bandwagon, which of course hurts like heck since I pasted it with a 75 a year and a half ago. Now I am trying to decide if I should get Rogers Course or his Cram course. I also don’t have a ton of time to study since I need to take it by mid August before work gets to busy.

I am going to take a practice test using the test bank this afternoon to see how I score. I already know I am going to get the ninja stuff for FAR and use the test bank the question is do I need the full course or can I get by with the cram course?

Thoughts? I could use some input…

Off the top of your head, how much of it do you remember (at least in a general sense)?

There has been so much added to FAR in the past 18 months that I honestly think you might want to look at a full course. Life it too short to take shortcuts when it means the difference between starting to live the life you've worked for or getting knocked down again. Get Roger, the full Ninja package, and study like your life depends on it! Listen to Jeff until you can recite what he is about to say and you hear his voice in your sleep. Write the Ninja notes and your own notes, until your hand cramps and you develop muscles between your fingers. Work MCQ's until you think you are going to puke. Then step back for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, do all of this again.

I also lost FAR because of Audit and when it took me two tries before I passed it. There were so many changes to the exam (one being IFRS) that I had to learn. I would definitely recommend taking the full course if you can.

I Agree – you need to get the full course. I would use Roger and supplement it with Ninja Audio or Blitiz.

It sounds like you need to prioritize.

Don't make passing this test a second career.

Just give yourself enough time to study the amount you NEED to study to pass, don't study the amount of time you HAVE because of life obligations.

    Make time.
