hey everyone, im currently waiting on my score for REG and its my last exam..took it at the beginning of January and have been reviewing a little from time to time to keep the concepts as fresh as possible in my head because this exam is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get…

anyone else doing this?

Cant wait to take my final exam on the 26th. I might not feel relaxed at all, since I still have to wait for the score but I wonder how does it feel not to study every day for this exam. I'm taking it one of the last days of the window, which will shorten my waiting time to 3 weeks. Hopefully we both pass, PR_CPA_2B and then we could meet at the ceremony on May!

Herbert, with your grades I'm sure you'll pass REG .. I'm nervous because I feel kind of confident I did good on the mcq's but not so good on the sims and the exam has betrayed my confidence once. There's only one thing I could do and its wait…I started working for a local firm on January, actually one day after my exam, and would not like to see myself studying for the exam in the middle of tax season.. :-S

@PR… I am in the same boat. Last exam, early Jan… long wait.

However, I am not reviewing anything. I made a commitment to myself that after the grueling exam schedule I just took (3 exams in Oct/Nov '10 window) and the fact I have kids and full time job… when I walked out of the exam room, I moved on. You should try the same.

If you didn't pass, you have to study again anyway… if you did pass, then you just wasted good non-exam time on nothing!

Sit back, poor a single malt (or whatever you like) and enjoy. You can fail later. why do it now?

I am doing this as well. I took REG late Jan and it was my last section. I am still studying mostly b/c I have one more shot at it before I start losing credit for other parts in June if I did not pass. I am keeping the material fresh in my head as well as focusing on weak points I thought I was exposed to during the last exam.

Ya will be in the same boat as you guys..the anxiety when march 15 comes around…refreshing this page and.nasba endlessly.looking for the section numbers…LOL. luckily this time around l, since I purchased this NTS in Sept my section number will be very low and I should get my score right sooner than later.

I too am taking my final test (REG) on Saturday (Feb 12th). I'm studying as hardcore as I can right up until the test. Using Becker 2011. I guess I'm just going to do MC's until my eye's pop out of my head.

I just can't even imagine what it will feel like if I pass REG. What will I do with my evenings? My weekends? My always-terrible Sunday nights?

Needless to say…it's totally balls to the wall from now until Saturday at noon (test time). I'm not leaving anything on the table. I'm studying every possible second. If I'm not working or bathing…then I'm studying.

I wish we could have an “another 71 CPA party”. I cant live without this forum now, it is my only means of socializing (poor me) and I feel strongly attached to this community.

sounds good CPAWannaBe! PR is a great vacation destination. That's for sure, there's a lot of us going for the last exam on this window. The stress will climb by mid February! : )
