Just took REG today, Aug 16.

First set of multiple choice I felt pretty good about. Second set was much harder and I am definitely not as confident about. Third set was similar to the first set, fairly confident.

Sims were just pretty crazy, no other way to put it. For the written communication I wrote two pretty detailed essays, that I feel fairly comfortable with, though i am sure they were not totally correct. I only left part of one sim tab blank, everything else i answered. The sims were long and detailed.

I feel like its a coin flip at this point. Any feedback from people with previous experience would be greatly appreciated. Its my last one so it going to be a long wait for the score. Thanks.

I am not sure about long, detailed WC. We were specifically instructed to keep it short and grammatically correct. Anyone else have any feedback?

That was my understanding too. Just be sure to read the question and answer it. My first WC asked for 3 – 4 examples. I got crried away and wrote a lot and the second one was about 6 – 7 lines.

I passed audit and scored stronger in WC.

Dude, I have two years in tax and my first sim was insanely difficult for me. The second sim only took 22 minutes (which is all I had left after the first sim but was enough to finish.) Instructions for one tab were poorly worded though, and I think it should be thrown out going forward.

The MC weren't bad.

I guess the Steven Hawking of tax wrote this wave of sims.

On the essays, mine were basically like two paragraphs. There gave like 2 scenarios on each essay and I wrote a paragaph for each scenario. Maybe like 8-10 sentences. Detailed, but not crazy long.
