Hi,

I just completed all 4 of my sections and the ethics section of my CPA exam. I have been a sales guy throughout my career (with basic understanding of the finance / audit) that spans over 11 years, I’m 34 now. Please suggest me if I have any chance of still making a career in the accounting / audit profession. I am really fascinated to go for a change …

If you don't mind starting at a lower level (like a staff 2) and working your way up it's definitely possible!

Yeah absolutely, … I'd say about half of us might be mid-career change people. I am. Start at Staff or Staff2 and if you've got a brain and a work ethic you'll most likely be promoted within 2 years. That's my experience anyway. YMMV
