Alright ya’ll. I have really got to stop taking these breaks after exams. It’s just too nice…

I was really heartbroken after I got my FAR score. I really thought I had a good chance of passing.

Anyway – tonight I jump back onto the dreaded FAR train. Going to throw out my tons of notes and MCQ’s I did last time and just start fresh. I am not underlining or highlighting a damn thing during videos, just going to take obsessive notes. I am going to do the MCQs to my best ability and really try to learn what I did wrong.

I am hoping this time I can grasp on a bit more quickly and retain it better. I really can’t wait to get this out of the way.

    Who’s with me?

    B 71 - 79 EXPIRED
    A 69 - 75 EXPIRED
    R 65 - 48 - 45
    F 56 - 61 - 65 - 64

Becker, Wiley Test Bank, Wiley Text and Ninja Notes

Still need 30 more credits, in basket weaving (gotta love new CA requirements)

Crack those books, Tina! Everyone told me that my last two exams and I kinda blew it off….look where it got me, lol. If there's one thing I have learned from this journey, it is that these exams can not be underestimated. If you don't put your all into it you're not going to be that lucky one who walks away passing.

I don't want to have to wake up on score release day and roll around and mope anymore.

Im climbing aboard too… I failed FAR by one point..ONE POINT! so aggrevating.

So what do you all suggest? I used 2011 Becker materials to study…but now it's 2012. Do I cough up $$ to buy new materials, different materials? Or hope that by restudying my 2011 materials I can get myself over the hump and pass?

I dont want to waste any TIME or MONEY!

Also – how long are you guys taking to re-study? 4-5 weeks? I feel like I just got out of the test.. so hopefully i dont have to relearn everything over again!

I'll take a ride on this $hitty train. At least I have you guys all on board with me! Restudying AUD (threw up in my mouth a little typing that). Almost done Chapter 1 in Becker. Start working full next next week, hoping to finish all of Becker by then. Then purchasing Yaeger—I've never used it before, hope it doesn't let me down!

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

@Peanut, I saved you a seat. We can keep each other company.

    FAR Passed
    REG Passed
    AUD Passed
    BEC Passed

All aboard, this train's leaving. Next stop, TBD!

Using Becker to re-study, any recommendations on buying Wiley data bank? I didn't think that REG was that bad, apart form the fact that I missed by 1 point. So is t worth it to spend $200 for all parts (passed audit but the $197 for all is a better deal)? Or just continue with Becker? Also, not trying to underestimate the exam, just after getting sort of close not sure how much more $ to invest into additional study materials.

    Thanks

    A - 84
    B - 74;89
    F - no study = 67; May 15 = 87 & done

I'm on this train… hopped on yesterday for AUD again… yea… I barfed a little too Peanut when I just typed that… oh wait… there it goes again, more vomit….

Gotta get through them both this time, not leaving anything to chance at all this time around, starting early to give me ample time and kicking back on work a little to refocus.

    BEC: Done
    REG: Done
    AUD: Done
    FAR: Done

    I'M DONE!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
