    You're not alone in wondering where it went 🙂

    The “handout” that was going to be e-mailed derived from copyrighted material, which puts me in a bad spot, so it had to be deleted.

    Sorry brother!!! Won't happen again! Any chance you could take a look at it and perhaps publish a list of your own? I would sooooooo pay for that……I have just never seen any kind of list like that. Thanks jeff!

    I second that information being provided in NINJA notes…also, need to know caclucation sheets would be awesome. 🙂
