When writing the JE in my exam, I did not write it in regular order, i.e. Dr accounts first then Cr accounts. Because of the time constraint, I just wrote down what I got, so it’s kind like several Dr accounts, then several Cr, and then several Dr again.

I am wondering will there be any problem for that?

um.. I hope not, I did the same. I don't think there is an official way to post entries.. I'm sure Becker would have told us this if there was… I think it just looks nicer if your debits are first, then credits second… At work, my debits and credits are all over the place!
