I just wanted to start a thread for anyone preparing for FAR or waiting on a score…
I took FAR in late August. I nearly had a panic attack in the testing center when I realized my third testlet got noticeably easier with obviously shorter questions. My sims seemed impossible. To this day, I can’t tell you a single thing I was asked to do because I honestly had no idea how to do one tab..on either sim. I wrote one decent WC and found both research tabs. I walked out crying.
Last night, I prepared a retake application and had it sitting next to my checkbook waiting to be mailed off today when I received my score. I woke up to an 83. IT IS POSSIBLE!!
I’m not going to even try to figure out how I passed this exam. All I’m saying is do not lose hope (and definitely don’t read into testlet difficulty too much)!!! Good luck to anyone testing and all those waiting!
