I started studying REG in November and my appointment is on Feb. 22 and I’ve probably rescheduled 4 times already. I’ve studied the business law stuff pretty thoroughly and have got through individual tax. Will two weeks be enough time to go over the rest of the tax topics (corporate, partnership, property transactions, etc.)? If it helps to know I’m using the Wiley books with the Wiley test bank app.

This section is my most difficult one so I’m hoping I can pass it first try and probably never have to worry about it again.

    BEC-51,71,70,77
    AUD-50,62,68 (retake july)
    REG-55
    FAR-15(didnt study)

No. You need to reschedule for April. You should study those remaining topics in the Wiley book for the rest of Feb (3 weeks). Then go to the test bank and do every single MC question and simulation. If you score less than a 70 on the practice testlets you need to be concerned. You need to understand how to do the tax forms as well.

You will not be prepared unless you give yourself plenty of time on the corp/partnership/property (don't forget estates and trusts). It is too much information. If you try and do it in a short time period, you'll overload and panic. Trust me – these topics were the most difficult for me to master.

My advice is to take some more time and master the material. You'll give yourself a better chance to succeed.

BTW I used Wiley book and Test Bank exclusively.
