I take FAR on July 3rd. I’m studying the CPA exam with Becker and have just finished learning F9, and I will be finishing up F10 this following week. I took my last accounting class(advanced) last December, so I;m not too rusty. I go through lectures, take notes, and do most of the MCQs for each section before moving to the next section. However, I have put little to no time in reviewing anything whilst learning new sections because I just want to get through learning the new stuff first. Consequently, I feel like I’ve forgotten almost everything from the earlier chapters(F1-F6). I fear that I may have rushed through learning the new material and didn’t devote enough time to reviewing old ones.
So, I guess my question is: from your experience, do you think one month is too long or too short of an amount of time to review FAR. Did you speed through the chapters first then reviewed or did you review old stuff whilst studying new material?
