Is it likely?

I took FAR on 5/15. I didn’t notice a change in difficulty level between the first 3 testlets. I felt good about them but they didn’t seem overbearing. My first sim was pretty managable but my 2nd simulation was a beast! I barely touched it. Is it likely that I failed this test?

    Karen,

From what I've gathered, it's the mcq's that make or break your score. If you've done really well on those, you just need a few more points from the sim you did finish to pass. Good luck! What materials did you use?

    Anagha-

I used Becker. How about you?

I worry about the MCQs because the testlets seemed to have remained at the same level of difficulty.

I don't know about my level of difficulty necessarily as I can never fully gauge that. However, I kept getting very the same topics thrown at me in various ways – in each testlet as well as again in the simulation. I've never experience that before – at least not to that extreme. And it's not even like they were topics I hadn't studied in depth because if they were, then I would understand why it stuck out at me so much.

Has anybody had this happen before? And if they have, did they pass?

    CowgirlNJ,

I have to say that I haven't had that happen to me before. Now, I will say that I had a lot of questions related to the new FV measurement acct…and my 2nd sim was filled with all unfamiliar areas (like-kind exchg and the like. But, nothing like what you described. Best of luck and keep us posted!

I had the same exact question asked twice on FAR, which i found to be just a little strange. luckily it was an easy one.

    FAR-87; AUD-89; BEC-85; BEC-84
    DONE!
