Is FAR usually pronounced "far" or "fair"? Just curious

    (Illinois)

    Used Becker for all four parts. Supplemented it with Wiley Test Bank for FAR and REG (HIGHLY recommended) and NINJA notes.

    I'm glad that I was not the only one wondering this. I say far, that is how it's spelled after all!

    I agree with bronzy..I have always pronounced it like it was spelled

    AUD- 78
    BEC 79
    FAR 78
    REG 77

    Prior to 2003 (before the online format), it was pronounced “FAIR” because the abbreviation was FARE and not FAR. As a result some people still pronounce it as FAIR vs FAR.

    I know Im aging myself (tho im only 31). LOL.

    When review course instructors still call it FARE … Very annoying.
