Is a public univeristy a NFP?

    Wiley test bank states that a public university is supported by the government, so it doesn’t require a SCF and that it follows GASB.

    CPAexcel states that a public university is a NFP under colleges and universities, so it requires a SCF.

    Which is correct?

    Ethics - 90% 4/24/13
