So I live out of state and am relocating to the area where this firm is. So far i have spoken with a Principal (through a referral), a partner in the dept i’d be working and the partner in charge of the dept i’d be working, on the phone. My last call with head Partner conissted of him talking with me about start dates, salary etc… he than said i want you to come in and meet with some people, it can even be on a Saturday if its easier for you. He than put me in touch with HR and they took my referrences, credit/background check and i had to do a lenghty personality type test.

Anyway, i head there this weekend and am meeting with a Manager and Sr Manager and of course the guy i already interview with. Not sure what to make of this. Does it sound like I have this???

This sounds to me like you have it. This Saturday meeting sounds like a meet and greet to ensure that they can stand you personally and probably to make sure you aren't abhorably ugly with a third eye in the middle of your forehead or something.

Other question is, do i wear a suit? I would always error on side of caution but being Saturday etc…..

I agree I think you are getting the job. I suggest wearing a suit anyway. First impressions matter, better to be safe IMO.

Agree with other posters- wear a conservative suit in black or maybe navy blue with a white dress shirt and conservative tie and polished dress shoes.

Bring extra copies of your resume in a padfolio or briefcase and pens also to take notes. Have some questions ready for them and be confident.
