Can anybody provide me with some interview questions i should ask during the interview?

One of the questions I used a few times was

“when you were in my position trying to decide between firms what made you pick [insert name] and what has kept you here”

This hinted to the interviewer that I had other offers/interests and gave the interviewer an opportunity to talk about themselves which everyone I asked seemed happy to do. If its a partner it also opens the door for them to make a joke about deciding amongst the Big 8, which you will politely laugh at 🙂
