Guys,

I am almost sure that I have to give FAR again on the other window. I was just wondering if someone has good info about what is going to change in 2011 for FAR. Is everything going to change or it will be the same with additional topics. Any suggestion would help since I do not have any clue about it. Please also refer to the websites where to look for this info. And, more thing, I cannot give the same exam in the same window right? Suppose, I failed FAR for this window, and I get the results lets say at the end of nov, can I register for FAR at the same window. If not what is the earliest I can give the exam. Thanks

You wont be able to take the exam again on this window if you happen to fail (hopefully not). As far as I know, the biggest change for 2011 will be the addition of the IFRS standards as stated in the content specifications. The rest is basically a structural change, in which the written part will be removed and smaller task simulations will be introduced (40% of the score).
