..I can probably guess the answer to this, but has anyone encountered a simulation on IFRS? Either in full or at least a substantial amount?

I have not, but with FAR IFRS is a somewhat minor topic. Don't ignore it, but the review materials just periodically mention a key difference between GAAP and IFRS. Study those pass keys. Don't try to remember every single one, but they are important in some areas. For example, don't you dare skip the difference in lower of cost or market for GAAP vs IFRS. FAR has a lot of luck involved since it's impossible to test on everything in 4 hours. Do your best to understand as much as possible, and focus on major topics and ideas (while also reviewing minor ones) and you'll do great!
