I have been hearing so much about how heavily FAR has been focused in IFRS. I am scheduled to sit for the exam on the 9th of April so I am beginning an extensive review period ( reworking HW & SIMS, memorizing the J.E.’s) but any insight on how you all prepared for IFRS? I am currently using Becker materials, and I know the big key topic differences but from what I’ve heard it sounds like IFRS on the exam is more detailed than that.

    FAR 4/9/12- PASSED
    BEC 7/13/12- PASSED
    AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!
    REG-12/6/12 PASSED

    USC MAcc- Fight on!

They say good things come to those who wait, but only those things that are left by those who hustle.

Read everything related to IFRS and make sure you know it…Intangibles was just modified for this coming window, so I bet they'll be testing that more in detail….

I use CPAExcel, so idk..The only supplements I used were the Ninja Notes and Wiley's tb, but I only did GNFP, investments, business combos, and derivatives on there…From what I saw from my friend who uses Becker, it has it all.
