I am weak on leases/bonds. I have a decent knowledge of the other topics in FAR so I need to focus on these 2 areas starting tonight.

I have been putting them off because they are difficult. Any incentive if I study them tonight instead of another section in FAR? I am thinking that a reward system is the only way I will get it done. Ideas???

Hopefully for than that, but I guarantee one hour before I shift to other topics.

Well, I studied leases last night for about 2.5 hours. I have a decent grasp on them finally. Not an expert, but good enough to put aside and focus on BONDS! My nemesis.

Once I master bonds, the rest is a review and manageable enough to squeek by with a 75. I hope!!!!
