So today on my way to work I was driving in my fast-jamming car when all of a sudden this strange creature came out of nowhere. I did not have enough time to react, so I ran it over. I don’t even know what kind of animal it was. It looked like a racoon, but it did not have a shell. do racoons have a shell? Or maybe it was a turtle, but man it moved fast…I feel guilty..May be the poor animal commited suicide….:(…sorry i had to get it out of my chest…

@peanut: that's exactly what I thought. I was excited about clicking on this blog b/c I thought someone was going to say that they killed the exam and probably give pointers on good studying techniques……BUT this is way funny!

I mean, not the poor animal dying (I would have turned around also). I've rescued so many animals…and I live in California so one time I tried rescuing a coyote (I thought it was a dog), but do raccons have shells? hahahahahahahahahaha! I can't stop laughing!

HAHAHA @ Kayla86. I really like this thread. A good break from score release.

@cyn637, I've definitely pulled over on major highways to save turtles crossing (I can see some of you rolling your eyes) but I just can't leave a stubborn animal for death. Wait… hmm… was it a turtle, or this new species “Racurtle.”

yall are funny. I once hit a racoon and my husband went on to tell me it was the mother of five baby racoons who were all waiting for their mommy to bring them food. I cried.

Not nice. Did you cry about your racurtle? 😉

I thought it was that Banya guy from Seinfeld “Jerry, I killed! I really killed out there!”

Also, don't worry, you didn't have scienter. (you can tell I'm studying REG) 🙂

@Veronica75..no, i did not cry….but I still feel kind of bad about it (not that I think about it all day or every minute)……..I had killed ants, flies, mosquitoes, roaches, and some other insects, but never a “real” animal…. :-/…..I think I'm going to hell…haha…sorry..lol…

Oh man, probably you killed a cat and it could mean seven years of bad luck. I hope it was not a black cat.

@peanut: that's awesome! Good to know there are still good people out there 🙂 Animals are helpless sometimes and I could never leave one to die an excruciating death. This racturtle thing sounds so cool. Too bad I never got the change to see one!!

A few years ago, I ran over a squirrel and saw it shaking afterwards. Felt sick and terrible about it. 🙁 Glad I don't drive anymore.
