How to study Journal Entries?

I have FAR in 16 days and am just curious how everyone else studied/is studying journal entries? There are not many questions in the Wiley book or in the testbank that a journal entry can be used to help solve. I have written all journal entries on flashcards, but knowing the journal entry and applying them in a question are 2 different things. Anyone have any suggestions?

I remember getting a SIM on a topic that I kinda just breezed over (JE related). I remember looking at it in the book and thinking “There's no way they can ask this. It seems way too complicated!” Well, they asked it LOL! I remember wanting to beat my head in on the computer at prometric for not reading over that section of the book in more detail. I don't know if there's any real way to study for the JE SIMS. They can pretty much ask anything. Just be prepared for anything and everything.

But you still passed so it's all good 🙂

Thanks for responding – I guess I was hoping someone would have a miracle idea about how to study JE's. I feel pretty comfortable with the JE framework and don't think I can do much more than that except hope for the best!
