Government accounting is my Achillee’s heel, and unfortunately it is 8-12% of the exam. How do you improve on government accounting?

In Becker, I used the mnemonics and for the ones that didn't have them, I made up my own. This was really important for calculating PBO's and remembering a few of the facts, even. I just kept going over and over and over them. I didn't pass (63) but scored “stronger” compared to peers in government accounting. Just keep going back over it as many times as you can.

    Best of luck!

I agree. Practice, practice, practice. Government and NFP. Don't sleep on NFP. Here is a site to help with governmental JEs.

    Thanks! That will help!

I am definitely going to take time tonight to go through that. That should be very helpful.
