How to deal with brain burnout? - Page 2

So, I’ve been studying for months now non-stop. I mean, I don’t even take one day off. I study at least 6 hours a day I’d say, but still, I really don’t feel like I study enough (especially considering I don’t have a job currently). Anyway, I think I’m at the point where literally I can’t think. Everything looks like it’s in Egyptian at the moment.

I really don’t want to stop studying though! Even if I take time off, I’m still thinking about the materials non-stop so I can’t seem to let it go. I know my studying efficiency is going to nothing, so I know I need to take a break or something.

How do you guys keep your minds fresh? Any tricks or tips? How can you study hard and yet have a clear mind? I don’t necessarily want to take a long break either. I’ve read crazy stories about you guys studying like chipmunks on drugs, so I know I can’t be the only one on burnout. Thx!

What I do OP, is go for a run, or go lift weights; basically, do something active and take care of my body. Work your mind, work your body. No exam is worth your health, and I also find I get more energized and have a clearer mind studying after a workout.
