How to contact Prometric to reschedule the test?

    I scheduled to take FAR on Jan 28, 2013 and now want to reschedule it in Feb but I couldn’t find the confirmation email to get the confirmation number to reschedule it online. Do you guys know how to contact Prometric to do so? I called the test center but no one except the automatic system. :(. Thanks a lot in advance.

    You can re-schedule your exam through prometric CPA website. It is lot easier and they send you immediately an email.
