I just looked at my progress report on the Wiley Testbank and I’m at ~1000 and I’m six weeks away from the test & a little less than halfway thru the material. For REG I completed ~1600 so I feel like I’m going to be around 2500 by the time I take FAR. I’ve been doing more reviewing of previous chapters tho instead of leaving all the review until the very end so I’ve gone thru all the MCQ’s for each section I’ve covered at least twice. How many do you normally try to complete by the time you take FAR?

AUD: PASSED [81]; Expired, retaking August 23rd
BEC: PASSED [83]; Expired, retaking July 11th
    REG: PASSED [83]
FAR: FAILED [64]; Retaking May 23rd

i am at 2nd round at Far and am on F5 now

first time i did all the MCQs and now i am doing them again with the optional questions

so i think till now i did 2000 and another 4 progress tests,by the exam day (early may) i think that at least i will reach 3500

but i have to over study cause i am international student (600$ exam fees without talking about travel expenditures )

so no option to fail and retake

For FAR I've done all Becker including optional MCQ and sims twice. And single time 2 final exams. Additionally, went thru all available free questions at cpareviewforfree. Result: 86 not too high and not too low = just right.

I did all the Becker MCQ's twice and the optional MCQ's once. I am now going through the Wiley test bank MCQ's of which I've done 386 averaging 80%. I am finding the Wiley questions alot easier than Becker. Has anyone else used both and felt the same?

I have actually heard the opposite- that Wiley MCQ's are harder than Beckers. I haven't used them both for one section but I've seen other people comments about it.

I guess it's good to do too many MCQ's than not enough! I downloaded the Wiley Test Bank app on my ipad & I'll be traveling to Europe on Friday for work- I plan to spend at least six hours reviewing everything I've covered so far! And by reviewing, I mean six hours of MCQ's 🙂

I take FAR on April 20th and I have done about 3,200 MCQs in the Wiley test bank. I don't want to have to study for this one again!

In my opinion doing MCQ's is the best use of your time because I have found that you may know the material but if you don't practice then they will get you with all the little tricks of multiple choice. Sometimes I answer an question incorrectly but not because I didn't know the answer but rather because I didn't understand the question or that I answered what I thought was being asked.
