    Hello,

I have a question for some people who have passed FAR. I am taking the test Monday and I just wanted to ask, how comfortable with all the material were you? I’ve been studying for about 2 months (really serious the last 3 weeks, 35 in the last 3.5 days + another 35 by noon Monday) and I feel like I have a basic understanding of everything, but I feel like it is hard to master everything due to the sheer volume of material on this beast. Is that normal? I know this is a kind of a vague question, but I just want some other people’s insight.

    Thanks

You've taken three exams now, so you should have a good idea of what you can expect. Like most people, you probably have some strong areas and some weak areas. Focus on your weak areas over the weekend, do a final review of all of the material, and you should be good to go. not much more you can do at this point.

I knew the basic's for most of the material when I sat for my exam. I was definitely not a expert on any of the chapters.. Based off my experience, knowing the basics was good enough for me, but make sure you understand the basic tricky questions because those threw me off. I felt like my questions weren't super hard, just tricky.

I felt I knew a little bit of everything. Some of that was from experience, I had govt/non profit in my background, so while people struggled with that I was fine. I doubt many people walk into Far feeling comfy on all topics. There is just too much. Know as much as you can on as many topics as you can.

comfortable is very relative…I felt extremely comfortable after 300+ hrs of studying…I still don't know how the hell I got a 95….I wondered if they trasnposed the numbers and it should've been a 59..I'll never know..you'll do fine…
