Dear Jeff,

I am just wondering if u have heard anything so far about the changes that might occur for 2012’s FAR exam? Other than IFRS questions will be tested more

Can I assume it is possible for me to use the 2011 Becker textbook for the 2012 FAR exam then?

Also, when will the scores be posted if u take the FAR exam in first week of Jan, do I have to wait until Feb?

I am in the same boat as CPA_Rookie…any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I would rather not spend the $300 bucks to register and get a new book for becker.

FAR changes will be very minimal…if your study materials are updated for the July 1, 2011 changes SFAC 8…etc. then you should be ok.

You will have to wait til' February, yes.
