I was just reviewing governmental funds and decided to share a helpful way that my Becker instructor taught us, some people remember this by the GRSSP funds but I found this more helpful, before you fill up on gas you must remove “dgascap” – the gas cap.

    DG(A)SC(A)P

    FAR 4/9/12- PASSED
    BEC 7/13/12- PASSED
    AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!
    REG-12/6/12 PASSED

    USC MAcc- Fight on!

They say good things come to those who wait, but only those things that are left by those who hustle.

REG – Adjustments to arrive AGI.

I had hard time memorize it. Becker doesn't have a mnomonic for it, so I invented it on my own. I called it:

3 Education, 3 Self-employment, 3 Interest&Saving, and Domestic Divorce Attorney Moving. It really helps, I am writing this without going back to the book:

    3 Education (Educator's Expense, Tuition& Fee, Student's Loan Interest)

    3 Self-Employment (Self-employment tax, self-employment retirement, self-employment insurance)

3 Interest and Saving (IRA, Penalty to withdraw on Saving and Health Saving Account)

    Domestic (production)

    Divoice (Alimony)

    Attoney (Discrimation case)

    & Moving (self-exmplanotory).

I honestly couldn't remember most of Becker's mnemonics for FAR, I found Ninja's mnemonics much easier to memorize. Especially for governmental!
