Dear Friend!

I am a citizen of India and presently residing in India and I am

holding a visitor’s visa to USA which is expiring on October 30, 2012

I have been offered a job by an employer based in Illinois, during my

recent trip to USA . The prospective Employer is a Practicing CPA

based in Illinois and he is interested in filing H1 Petition for me as soon as possible.

What are the relative documents I should have while filing H1? Are my degrees in India valid in US? Should I get my degrees evaluated?

I have done my B.Com in 2004 and worked for a CPA in India for 8 years and am working

for 3 years in bank.
