I had to push my FAR back to July because of lack of studying time. Late season ran a little late at work. The problem is my NTS runs out a month after I take FAR. I have taken FAR once so it is not like I am starting from scratch. I want to take Reg in August. Do you think it is possible. My thinking is I will lose the money either way so I may as take a shot.

It's definitely possible to take two (or more) exams in one window. Can you schedule FAR for beginning of July and REG for end of August? That way, you have two months now until FAR, and then about two months for studying Reg.

I have FAR on July 16 and I am going to schedule REG for the last Saturday in August. That gives me about six weeks in between exams.

6 weeks should be enough time – of course, depending on how much time you can devote for studying and the quality (not just quantity) of the studying…

Have you taken/passed any of the other exams yet?

on the back of the wiley textbook, there is a quote of someone doing all 4 part of the cpa test in 1 month. all 4 parts and passing with high score of 80 + on all of them. pretty crazy if u ask me.
