Hi everyone. Because I was finishing finals and projects I was thrown way off with my studying and I think it would be best to push back FAR until October. However, if I do this I’ll still finish my first run through of Becker by no later than the first week of October and will have 3 weeks to review. This seems like such a long time and I was wondering what would be the best way to spend that time. Should I just be getting in a solid 30 hours of reviewing/MCQ’s a week? It seems like I would be doing the same thing and not getting much out of it. Since I have the time then should I get Wiley?

Any advice from people who have ended up with too much time to study would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm confused by the times you listed… You're waiting till October to take the exam, but said you'd finish Becker by the first week of October, and then have 3 months to review? Did you mean 3 weeks? If so, 3 weeks isn't too long for review. 🙂 If you meant 3 months…then if you've finished Becker, I'd go ahead and give the exam a shot! No reason to wait till Jan (3 months from Oct) if you've already finished your review materials!

Clarify the timing, and we'll see what advice we can come up with. 😀

lol yeah I was like “Umm…” My goal is always to have 3 weeks to review, and I usually just get 2 weeks…but that 2 or 3 week review is mostly doing MCQs, and reviewing topics that I've forgotten since the start of the studying. Especially given that you'll have a long time start-to-finish, I think that 3 weeks will be great for review. You could get the Wiley book to use for reviewing week topics, but I imagine that re-watching the applicable lecture would be fully as useful.
