Had phone interview with Partner, wil call me to set up in person interview.

    So heres my question. I already spoke with a Partner directly within the group i’d be working in. I had a fairly strong referral and it basically went right to him. My question is, who would i be interviewing with in person at this point? I assume that Partners are the decision makers correct?

    If he likes me enough to bring me in for an in person, do you think my chances are fairly good?

    Is this a smaller firm? My experience is that the partner has a HEAVY influence on the hiring decision, but any wise partner would leave the ultimate decision to the hiring manager; however, in a small firm, this may not be the case. In my experience, you must fare well with the hiring manager to land the position.

    Dude, you're set. If the interview goes well, it's in the bag. Usually you speak with managers/partners. Also, are you a damn Celtics fan? Man, I never liked Paul Pierce or KG. I like Rondo, though. Too bad about the brawl yesterday, attacking Mr. Kardashian haha. I was convinced Rondo was gonna break the assists record before that incident.

    @FearTheBeard Too bad the Beard now has to fear the Thunder. He probably had nightmares last night about getting his shot thrown back in his face. So weird seeing him in red, oh well.

    I didn't see the game last night, but it was heartbreaking to see the highlights on ESPN. Harden had his shot blocked 7 times! I wanted to cry when Russ blocked the shit outta him. Still a huge Thunder fan, but I'll always admire Harden. Maybe when his deal's up in Houston, he'll come back to OKC.
