Can someone explain to me the relationships between the GRASPP funds, modified accrual, and budget/activity/encumbrances? I wasn’t sure how to copy a picture onto this, but I am referring to pg F9-18 table in the Becker FAR book.
(1) All GRASPP funds use modified accrual?
(2) Do all GRASPP funds do budgetary accounting, activity accounting, and encumbrance accounting?
