Does anyone have opinion on Gliem review for FAR? I took FAR today and think I bombed so I think I want to try something else.

Mike01 – One of my professors in college actually used Gleim for building tests in my intermediate accounting classes. I did not particularly care for it what so ever and never understood anything they were asking me nor did I find a lot of explanations. I can't really judge it for exam study purposes but that is my take on it, granted this was 2 years ago when I had only started out in my accounting journey. I used Becker's to study for FAR and felt pretty confident coming out of it, with the exception of some parts of the simulation tabs, but it seems that is the norm.

    FAR 7/2 - 88
    BEC 7/30 - 87
    AUD 8/27 - 80
    REG 11/12 - 96

I used gleim & Yeager for FAR and I found the gleim MC extremely helpful. I got an 85 on FAR. I used Gleim only for REG and only studied for 3 weeks and got a 75. All this while working fulltime.

So it all depends on your study habits and how comfortable you are with the topics. If you are having a difficult time with understanding the topics, then I would recommend yeager homestudy and spend 50 bucks on gleim MC for additional exposure. If you are familiar with the topics then I would recommend the gleim book & MC.
