Ok so I took auditing recently. I received my NTS by mail, did not make a copy, and prometric did not return it after my exam. I called exam services and they would not send me another NTS, or tell me my section ID. Also, the NTS reprint tool on NASBA’s site would not give me my NTS either because I have already taken my exam.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and somehow managed to get there section ID?

Why would prometric take it? Don't you need it for your next test?

Not sure why prometric wouldn't give it back, but no, it's not good for anything except checking your score after your test.

I think you might be out of luck on the NASBA site if you don't know your section ID. But your state board should send your official score notification to you within a week of the NASBA score release.

Why do you need your NTS to check your score if you already have an online account? I thought they just post your score on your account, or is there a special procedure you have to go through to check your scores?

To check your score from the NASBA website, you input your launch code from your NTS and your DOB.

BEC - 90 PASSED
FAR - 84 PASSED
AUD - 93 PASSED
REG - 84 PASSED

^^ That's if you want to know your score right away. Since you don't know your NTS number or Launch Code, you have to wait until NASBA updates your account with your score, which can usually take a few days after scores are released. So, you'll get your score regardless, just might take a few more days.
