I need some advice! So here is my situation:

I go to school in FL, and I am graduating in April. I am planning on taking the Becker FastPass course over the summer, starting May 15, my graduation date is April 21. I have been in touch with the state boards and they told me that my application will not be complete till they have received my final transcript, becuase I will not have met the requirement to sit for the exam till then (all because of the auduting class I am currently enrolled in). NOW, from what I’ve understood I should send in my application now with the “deficiency”, and as soon as I get my transcript I should send that to the state. They claim that this will speed up the process and hopefully get me approved so I can sign up to take my first exam by the end of May.

Have any of you guys been in the same situation? Any experiences on what to do?

My second question: can I apply through the state of FL and get approved but take the actual exam in VA? The reason why I would do that, is beacuse the state of FL seem to be a little faster at processing the applications and approving applicants compared to VA.
