Getting a 75

I failed FAR on 2/29 with a 72 after studying for three weeks or approx. 60 hours. I was prepared to be ok with failing (even expected to fail), but when I received my score, it was tough to swallow….being so close. I took it again on 4/19 and got the good news last night, 75.

For some reason, that 75 felt better than I imagine a higher score would feel. After receiving the 72, I was thinking “damn, one more question guessed right and I might have passed, they got me. After earning the 75, I’m feeling like I guessed right!:) and I got “them.”

    Crazy, I know…..but that’s how I’m feeling.

    AUD- 80
    BEC- 70, 74, 80
    FAR- 72,75
    REG- 73,79 boooya!

Congratulations! My signature says 89 for REG and AUD, but honestly I still would have done my happy dance for a 75! That just meant I studied too much, haha.

Just remember: What's the difference between a CPA who scored a 300 on their exam and a CPA who scored 396?

    Absolutely nothing. 🙂

    Congrats again!

    REG (2/24/12) - 89
    AUD (4/5/12) - 89
    FAR (5/31/12) - 91
    BEC (7/7/12) - 84

I know how you feel Mike F. My first exam was AUD and I got a 74, I felt like the biggest loser on the planet. My second test was FAR and I got a 75. I felt like a genius! It is amazing what a difference one little point can make. Congrats on your 75!

    AUD 74, 83
    FAR 75
    REG 71, 71, 70, 86!!!!!! 🙂
    BEC 85
