So I think I know that FAR has almost pushed me to the brink of insanity, because I am trying to turn some of my favorite songs into CPA topic related mnemonics/topics to help remember them for my exam this Friday. Myself, and most people I’m guessing, can easily remember songs with a melody or tune a lot better than a 1000 page 10 chapter lovely becker book. If I come up with anything before Friday ill share, still don’t have much.

So has anyone else lost their mind too and thought of any of these?

I usually go bat-poop crazy the day before exams. The emotions range from self-doubt to panic to thinking “I've done tons of MCQs, how bad can it be?!?” Usually, I am a very level-headed person, but these exams get to me.

The worse that can happen is that you have to retake it (and that's really not that bad. Annoying, but not that bad.)

This isn't a song…but the only way I could remember which of the depreciation methods didn't count salvage value was to remember that Declining Balance was the Douche Bag that didn't act like the others. That's the only super-stupid-but-shareable thing I did lol.

Yup… I used the song method once… I made up a tune for the Standard Audit Opinion… sang it into Audacity and then put it on loop in my car for 3-4 days until I had it memorized.
