I have never had this much anxiety about a test before! I am taking a study break and I just had to vent! I guess I just have to tell myself what I tell myself on all the others – “I hope they test me on what I know!” And I really mean that! I have so many weaknesses and I am trying to work through them. At this point, I just feel like no matter what I do, I can’t master some of the material.

Hoping for a miracle!

I'm sure you passed! When I took BEC I had a question in the first testlet that was almost identical to one in the third. It was

a calculation with different variables- I'm certain the examiners wanted to know if I knew the formula or if I was guessing.

Last time I sat for FAR this past November I had some bizarre questions that I hadn't a clue about…certainly wasn't in Becker so I think those questions are pretest.

My test is tomorrow so I've got to fininsh my review….we'll be waiting for our scores together!

OMG I'll be taking the test in April once again….My experience with the multiple choice questions was much different then Mrs300

I had a good mix of theory and calculations, and if IFRS doesn't count (which I know it does) I would say I did really well. I didn't get one of the IFRS correct, they were all calculations of which I didn't have a clue- I was prepared for component depreciation and all the other concepts that Becker teaches in relation to IFRS but what the examiners asked was unf***ing real!!!! I must say I did catch a number of their sneaky little tricks…the bastards! I know I got two and 1/2 of the sims 100% correct but the other 4 and 1/2 were a complete and utter disaster! The research tab was a piece of cake it took me less than 2 minutes which I can attribute to using my free access to the codification so I knew it inside out! I'm taking the weekend off from studying but I'll start again on Monday and sit in the beginning of April!
