I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I haven’t taken any sections yet and I don’t have a Windows machine in order to download the sample exam from the AICPA website. I was wondering when you are doing journal entries if the accounts you have to debit and credit are in drop down boxes or do you have to type it out? If they are in drop down boxes, do they give you every possible account under the sun, or are there say 10 or 20 and you just have to pick from that list? Thanks in advance!

It is a drop down and they give you a selection of a few. But don't be fooled you still have to know which one to choose because they will throw in a few “possibilities”. Good Luck
