Hey guys, im in my final week of studying for FAR, how do I make the transition to be completely exam ready? Just keep doing multiple choice and simulations? Or begin to start attempting to memorize everything (mcq helps but it will take a stronger effort to really engrain everything). Any tips appreciated

If you have taken notes, start reading and re-reading them and maybe take another look at the book, and focus on your weak areas..

I'm in the same boat as you. I just keep going through my notes and try to do 500 MCQ a day and look at sims… not sure what else to do.

@goldy First and foremost, make sure you're getting a proper amount of rest each night – to relax your body and your brain and let it absorb the material you've labored over learning. In the last few days of study, I DO study diligently, but it's mainly review, and not so much learning any new concepts.

I liked to review flash-cards, NINJA notes, and do Becker progress tests. I don't know what materials you're using, but – at any rate – I wouldn't sit through lectures or read chapters of textbooks. I'd grab little quizzes/tests, like in sets of 30 or 40, see how you're performing. If some areas are weaker than others, review those areas a little more diligently than others.

If you're going to try really “straining,” I'd focus that intense studying on the proven heavily tested areas rather than areas that don't have a long history of being super present on the exam.

Again, make sure to rest up. Get your brain ready for 3 or 4 hours of focus. It's exhausting!
