Well, this is it. I took the other three in each tresting window and passed by studying for less than a month for each section. I thought the strategy I had been following would work for FAR as well. I had heard the horror stories so I did allocate about 45 days of studying for FAR. Took me about a month to finish all lectures + HW MCQs. I was averaging high 70s in all hw mcs. When I started reviewing from Ch 1 everythign was sort of blur in my mind but I didn’t freak out because that is how it was with other three. I barely finished reviewing all chapters, making last min notes, doing quizzes, and working on weaker areas in those 15 days. I didn’t get a chance to go over the final exams in becker because of lack of time. I sat for exam on Apr 19th. First testlet wasn’t bad, I knew about 90% of it without a doubt. Second testlet hit me like a lightning bolt and I had about 6 questions flagged by the time I finished it. I have the habit of flagging only the ones that I am totally clueless on. I went back to the flagged ones, almost figured out three. Not too sure about one and made a complete uneducated guess on the two left because time was running out. Third testlet got a littler easier. Not as easy as the first one, but definitely not as bad as the second so I’m guessing I must have bombed second testlet pretty badly for the third one to get easier.
Moving on to SIMs, I had 1hr 20 min left on timer. Waltzed through the only research question with much ease.
This wait will have the better of me, I am losing it, completely slacking, watching tv playing fifa on my ps3 and doing other unproductive things to get my mind off of nasba score release, when I should really be helping out my fiance plan our wedding. She understood me not being there for last four months because I was studying, but now I have no excuses. I am just venting so please don’t take any cheap shots on how I need to get a hold of my self. Thanks for listening.
